Serving Suggestion 建议烹调法 

Grill Squid Tentacles 烤鱿鱼须


Ingredients 材料 :

  • 1kg squid tentacles / 1公斤 鱿鱼须
  • olive oil / 橄榄油
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped / 2瓣 大蒜,切碎
  • lemon juice / 柠檬汁
  • 2 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley / 2茶匙 欧芹碎

Instruction 做法 :

  1. Pat dry the tentacles after thawed.
  2. Place it in a bowl , drizzle with olive oil and add chopped garlic. Let it rest at room temperature for 30mins to 1 hr.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium high heat
  4. Slice the tentacles. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side till charred.
  5. Remove from heat and place in a bowl.
  6. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

  1. 解冻后的鱿鱼须用厨房纸擦干。
  2. 放入碗里,撒上橄榄油以及蒜末。室温静置半小时到1小时。
  3. 提前讲烤炉中大火预热。
  4. 将鱿鱼须切片,放到烤炉上每面烤约3-4分钟。
  5. 离火装盘。
  6. 撒上柠檬汁,以盐和胡椒调味。最后撒上欧芹即可上桌。
