Grill Squid Tentacles 烤鱿鱼须
Ingredients 材料 :
- 1kg squid tentacles / 1公斤 鱿鱼须
- olive oil / 橄榄油
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped / 2瓣 大蒜,切碎
- lemon juice / 柠檬汁
- 2 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley / 2茶匙 欧芹碎
Instruction 做法 :
- Pat dry the tentacles after thawed.
- Place it in a bowl , drizzle with olive oil and add chopped garlic. Let it rest at room temperature for 30mins to 1 hr.
- Preheat the grill to medium high heat
- Slice the tentacles. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side till charred.
- Remove from heat and place in a bowl.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
- 解冻后的鱿鱼须用厨房纸擦干。
- 放入碗里,撒上橄榄油以及蒜末。室温静置半小时到1小时。
- 提前讲烤炉中大火预热。
- 将鱿鱼须切片,放到烤炉上每面烤约3-4分钟。
- 离火装盘。
- 撒上柠檬汁,以盐和胡椒调味。最后撒上欧芹即可上桌。
