Oven Baked Salmon With Herbs 烤三文鱼佐香料
Ingredients 材料 :
- 1 small bunch fresh dill / 1小束 莳萝
- 1 small lemon, sliced / 1颗 柠檬,切片
- 1 whole fillet / 1 片 全侧肉
- 1.5 tablespoons extra virgin oil / 1.5 汤匙 初榨橄榄油
- 1/2 teaspoon salt / 1/2茶匙 盐
- ground black pepper / 研磨胡椒粉
Instruction 做法 :
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Lay sprigs of fresh dill onto a sheet tray. Lay the lemon slices on top of the dill sprigs.
- Place the fillets on top of the lemon slices and drizzle olive oil over the salmon, gently rubbing it all over the flesh. Season the fish with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake for about 15-20mins, or until the salmon flakes.
- 烤箱预热180°C。
- 将几株莳萝铺在烤盘底,再来放上柠檬片。
- 将三文鱼铺在柠檬片上,撒上橄榄油,均匀的涂抹的鱼肉上,最后用盐和胡椒调味。
- 烤箱烤约15-20分钟,或知道鱼肉松散即可。
